“Bir Gün Beni Arzularsan Gel” (Eng; Come if you ever desire me) is a song about letting one’s feelings free. Originally a pop song from the 2000s by a Turkish movie star Banu Alkan, the new arrangement for the song emphasizes the longing and the lust with a vibrating vibraphone and touching electric guitars. In the chorus, where the song says “Let your emotions free, let them find their way”; cellos and backing vocals are added as if they are there for encouragement, and the chaotic ending symbolizes the moment of coming together. The song is co-produced by Taner Yücel, also known for his original movie soundtracks and Jakuzi.
lyrics
Bir gün beni arzularsan gel
Tenin kaldı bedenimde
Bir gün beni arzularsan gel
Geceleri bağlar oldum gündüze
Hislerini bırak, yolunu bulsun
Sen kötü günlerin en sonusun
Yatağım geceme dar gelir oldu
Uzatma artık gel ne olursun

If you ever desire me, come
Your skin remains on my body
If you ever desire me, come
I've been sleepless through the nights
Where the pleasures end
You left my eyes longing
I've been running after your love
My tears fell into my heart
As I get used to my longing
My hopes are running out
Where are you?
Let go of your feelings, let them find their way
You are the end of the bad days
The night doesn't fit into my bed
Don't let it linger, come on already
